FUJI FASHIONED
Fuji’s fresh new Japanese fashioned take on a classic ingredients
ingredients
2 oz FUJI Japanese Whisky
0.5 oz Sake simple syrup
1 dash Ms. Better’s Mt Fuji. White Peach bitters
Orange or lemon twist
Method
Stir over ice, and strain into a lowball glass over a large ice cube Garnish with an orange or lemon twist
Note
To make the Sake Simple Syrup, boil 2 cups of sugar and 1.5 cups Sake. Let it simmer before cooling.


ROYALE JAPONAIS
A refreshing aperitif, perfect for special occasions and celebrations
Ingredients
1.5 oz FUJI Whisky
Dash (0.25 oz) rose water
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
5 raspberries
3 oz Champagne
Mint sprig garnish
Method
Shake over ice, and top off with Champagne
Strain into a Champagne flute. Garnish with a mint spring.


MT. FUJI JULEP
A distinctly Fuji inspired, Japanese expression of the Julep
Ingredients
2.5 oz FUJI Single Grain Whiskey
0.5 oz Sake simple syrup
10 mint leave
2 dashes Ms. Better’s Mt. Fuji White Peach
bitters
2 Dashes Angostura bitters
Method
Shake over ice, and top off with Champagne
Strain into a Champagne flute
Garnish with a mint spring
Note

GINGER HIKARI
Hikari means radiance, and denotes hope and positivity
Ingredients
1.5 oz Fuji Single Grain Whiskey
1 oz Cognac
0.5 oz Real ginger syrup
2 dashes Fee Brothers cherry bitters
Orange twist for garnish
Method
Stir all ingredients over ice, strain into a lowball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange twist.


UME HIGHBALL
Ingredients
2 oz FUJI Japanese Whisky
1 oz Plum Wine
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Club Soda
Garnish of candied ginger with a lemon wheel
Method
Shake over ice, and top off with soda. Strain into a Collins or Highball glass over fresh ice and garnish with a lemon twist and ginger.


MIDNIGHT AT MT. FUJI
The unique sweetness of ube brings an elegant richness to this celebrated nightcap
Ingredients
1.5 oz Single Grain Whiskey
0.5 Espresso liqueur
0.5 oz Monin Ube syrup
1.5 oz cold brew coffee or fresh espresso
Ground coffee for garnish
Method
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a ½ rim or dusting of ground coffee.
