FUJI SPARKLING

This is the FUJI version of a Highball, elevated
and served in a Champagne flute. Elegant,
refined and allowing the delicious aromas
and flavors of FUJI Single Grain to refresh
your palate, Master Blender Jota Tanaka
crafted this signature cocktail as the perfect
aperitif.

Ingredients:
1.5 ounces FUJI Single Grain Japanese
Whiskey
4 ounces Club soda
Yuzu or lemon twist for garnish

Note:

We recommend keeping the Champagne
flutes, whiskey and Club soda ice cold before
preparing the cocktail

FUJI MIZUWARI

All of our FUJI Whiskies can be enjoyed
“Mizuwari” or cut with water. Adding a
generous teaspoon of water to your
whisk(e)y in our signature Kimura glass, or a
Sauvignon Blanc wine glass, will elevate the
aromas and layers of flavors. It’s a
contemporary new way to enjoy your favorite
FUJI expression.

Ingredients:

1.5 ounces FUJI Whisk(ey) of your choice
1-teaspoon water

Note:

We recommend using a soft water containing less than 80 parts per million of calcium carbonate. Volvic, which is volcanic filtered, is a great option, and similar to the water profile from our distillery aquifer.  Distilled water is another pure alternative.

Ingredients:

2 ounces FUJI Japanese Whisky
1 teaspoon sugar
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 teaspoon water
Yuzu or orange twist to garnish
